Be a part of an existing capability and monitoring watch floor across all organizations, leading to new requirements and opportunities for growth.Looking for individuals who like understanding how things work and the ins/outs and dependencies for successful operations to initially get a foot deep and a mile wide on the services our program supports to most effectively troubleshoot. We encourage efficient/informative knowledge management in Confluence with searchable content to never repeat the same issue twice, help you get to resolution faster, and leave a stronger foundation for the next person to take on the roleKey Responsibilities:First line of defense to support the investigation and resolution of user issues through effective use of troubleshooting resources, liaising with other watch floor teammates to pinpoint overlap/dependencies, collaborating with development team members to secure resolution as neededDevelop SOPs across the OrgQualifications:Education:Bachelor of Science degree in a technical or related discipline.5 years' of additional experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree.Experience:Seven (7) years' experience in engineering supporting programs or contracts of similar scope or complexity is required.Skills:Familiarity with dashboard technologies such as Splunk, Grafana.Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to collaborate with others to determine root cause.Foundational understanding of system architecture and both physical and virtualized environments.Strong communication and requirements solicitation skills.
