This role is responsible for coordinating project execution from contract review through closeout while meeting objectives for cost control, safety, quality, client satisfaction, schedule, and profitability.The ideal candidate is a strategic and collaborative leader with experience delivering complex systems projects. Put in your application today, and allow Interstates to prove to you why we are an Industry Leader in more ways than one.Responsibilities:Collaborate with leadership, engineering, estimating, and operations teams to establish project direction, priorities, and delivery strategiesLead the execution of limited-energy systems projects, which may include structured cabling, communications, security, access control, fire alarm, audiovisual, building automation, and related systemsDevelop and maintain project execution plans, schedules, budgets, forecasts, and risk-management strategiesMonitor labor, material, subcontract, and equipment costs, as well as productivity, to maintain alignment with project budgetsProvide project and site leadership with the data, budgets, bid information, and technical coordination needed for successful executionCoordinate design development, submittals, RFIs, procurement, material delivery, installation, testing, commissioning, and closeoutRecommend and select materials, vendors, and subcontractors while managing purchase orders and subcontract agreementsCoordinate with clients, engineers, general contractors, trade partners, vendors, authorities having jurisdiction, and internal teamsIdentify and resolve scope gaps, design conflicts, constructability concerns, extra work, productivity issues, schedule impacts, and safety risksSchedule and lead progress meetings with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and project stakeholdersUpdate and review project schedules regularly with project/site leaders, subcontractors, and other stakeholdersPrepare materials for monthly project reviews, including profit and loss, schedule, planning, risk, quality, safety, and client satisfactionIdentify, price, negotiate, document, and manage change orders promptlyMaintain consistent client communication and ensure expectations for budget, quality, safety, schedule, and system performance are metKnowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesExperience delivering limited-energy, low-voltage, technology, electrical, automation, or related construction projectsStrong knowledge of project contracts, estimating, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, change management, and cost controlExcellent communication, negotiation, organization, and problem-solving skillsExperience with project-management, scheduling, estimating, or construction-management software preferredEducation: Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, electrical engineering, engineering technology, business, information technology, or a related fieldCompensation: The base pay range for this position is $90-110,000.
