C&A Tool a leading manufacturer since 1969 of precision products for the aerospace, industrial and medical device markets is currently seeking qualified candidates for a Systems Security Engineer . Operating three manufacturing facilities in Northeast Indiana (Auburn / Churubusco) and employing nearly 600 skilled workers, we are an integral part of a larger global manufacturing conglomerate, MinebeaMitsumi.

Required Skills/Knowledge:
Minimum of 4 years of enterprise information technologies and networking experience
Recent experience in a Systems Security Engineer role.
Understanding and familiarity with CMMC regulations and related NIST requirements
Strong knowledge of enterprise network environments and technologies (TCP/IP, switching, routing, VLANs, wireless)
Advanced knowledge in supporting Next-Generation Firewalls in the enterprise
Great verbal and written communication skills
Highly motivated, detail oriented, and able to complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision
Good interpersonal skills and a strong team player
Good organization and project management skills
What You Will Do:
Assist with CMMC mapping compliance, documenting polices and procedures
Develop and assist with network maps of existing systems
Identify and document System Operational status
Document data flow within the CUI systems and external
Define and document SSP scope of CUI based on workflow, systems, and people
Assess, Plan, and document POAM
Work with Champions to develop workable solutions and provide status updates
Report to IT Manager for direction and progress
Perform general administration of network devices as needed for CMMC
Additional Skills/Knowledge Preferred:
Recent on-site network security experience in manufacturing environment
Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering, Computing Infrastructure, or Cybersecurity
Hands-on experience and certifications with Fortinet and Cisco networking
Relevant Network and Security certifications a plus
Familiar with Windows Server, Active Directory, SQL Server, Linux, VMware, Hyper-V, Networking and helpdesk.
