Role ObjectivesOwn the production environment by monitoring availability and taking a holistic view of system healthImprove reliability, quality, and time to market of our suite of software applicationsMeasure and optimize system performance, with an eye toward pushing our capabilities forward, getting ahead of customer needs and innovating to continually improveProvide primary operational support and engineering for multiple large, distributed software applicationsProvide administrative and technical mentorship with cloud-based servicesMonitor and schedule business process workflowsExpertise We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in computer science or other highly technical discipline5 years of computer operations or Linux based systems engineering experienceCloud administration background to support provisioning, rehydration and monitoring of servicesA proactive approach to spotting problems, areas for improvement and performance bottlenecksPrevious success in technical engineeringAbility to program with on or more high-level languages, such as Python, YAML/JSON, Unix, KSH, SPL, SQL, and PowerShell (Windows) syntaxExperience with uDeploy, Tomcat, WebSphere, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, and AzureNetwork topology and configuration experience, such as F5 GTM/LTM and AviFamiliarity with business process workflow tools, such as Control-m, Airflow, Logic Apps, Informatica
