Job description
Carrier Global Corporation is seeking a Talent Acquisition PMO Manager to drive priority recruiting initiatives through structured planning, governance, stakeholder engagement, reporting, and issue resolution.
You will partner across TA, HR, business leaders, RPOs, HR Technology, and vendors to improve hiring outcomes, build TA dashboards with Workday Recruiting, Excel, and Power BI, and apply A3/PMO methods to raise service quality. Travel about 25%.
