# Taco Bell Shift LeadHot Job265 Garrettsville Taco Bell - GARRETTSVILLE, OH 44231## OverviewPosition TypeFull-Time/Part-TimeJob ShiftAny## DescriptionAs a Taco Bell Shift Lead, you’ll help keep the store running smoothly by supporting team members, assisting customers, and helping oversee shift operations.**What you’ll do:*** Lead by example and support team members during shifts* Provide friendly, efficient service to guests and resolve issues as needed* Help ensure food quality, accuracy, and speed of service* Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked environment* Monitor shift flow and assist with handling issues as they arise* Support training and coaching of team members* Assist with inventory, cash handling, and daily operations## Qualifications**What we’re looking for:*** Must be at least 18 years of age (or older, per applicable law)* Previous food service or retail experience preferred* Strong customer service and communication skills* Ability to lead and support a team* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment* Strong attention to detail and reliability*Please note this position requires flexible availability (including evenings, weekends, and holidays), lifting up to 40 lbs., and standing for extended periods.*
