Role Overview
Apply psychiatric expertise to help train next-generation AI systems through culturally nuanced clinical scenarios, assessments, annotations, and feedback. This remote contract role focuses on ensuring psychiatric content is clinically accurate, ethically reviewed, and meaningful in Tagalog-speaking contexts. Prior AI experience is not required.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and evaluate complex psychiatric case studies for AI model training.
Conduct psychological assessments and provide expert annotations reflecting Tagalog psychiatric practices and perspectives.
Create precise written analyses and documentation in Tagalog and English, maintaining cultural and clinical accuracy.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary AI project teams to strengthen model understanding of psychiatric concepts.
Review sensitive case content using ethical decision-making, patient confidentiality, and professional best practices.
Help develop bilingual communication frameworks for accurate psychiatric information exchange.
Provide expert feedback on AI analytical evaluation methods used in mental health contexts.
Qualifications
Medical degree, MD, MBBS, or equivalent, completion of a psychiatry residency, and a valid medical license.
Native fluency in Tagalog and advanced English proficiency, including strong written and verbal communication skills.
Bilingual communication capability, including Japanese language ability as listed in the source requirements.
Extensive experience with psychiatric assessment, treatment planning, and case documentation in Tagalog clinical settings.
Demonstrated cultural sensitivity, ethical reasoning, analytical evaluation, and professional integrity in complex mental health scenarios.
Experience developing educational or research case studies or teaching materials.
Experience collaborating across disciplines, ideally in technology, research, or digital health.
Familiarity with Western and Tagalog psychiatric frameworks.
Work Terms
Remote contract engagement.
Compensation
$100 to $200 per hour.
