Job description
Apply psychiatric expertise and bilingual Tagalog and English communication skills to help develop and evaluate high-quality mental health content used to train advanced AI systems. This remote contract role focuses on culturally nuanced psychiatric case material, clinical assessment, documentation, ethical review, and expert feedback. Prior AI experience is not required.
Key Responsibilities Develop and evaluate complex psychiatric case studies that reflect realistic, culturally nuanced scenarios.
Conduct psychological assessments and provide expert annotations informed by Tagalog psychiatric practices and perspectives.
Prepare clear, precise written analyses and documentation in both Tagalog and English, maintaining clinical and cultural accuracy.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary project teams to improve AI systems'' understanding of psychiatric concepts.
Apply ethical judgment when reviewing sensitive mental health content, including maintaining patient confidentiality and established professional practices.
Help develop bilingual communication frameworks for accurate exchange of psychiatric information.
Provide expert feedback on analytical evaluation methods used by AI systems in mental health contexts.
Qualifications Medical degree such as an MD, MBBS, or equivalent, with completed psychiatry residency and a valid medical license.
Native fluency in Tagalog and advanced English proficiency, including strong written and verbal communication skills.
Extensive experience with psychiatric assessment, treatment planning, and case documentation in Tagalog clinical settings.
Demonstrated ability to apply cultural sensitivity and ethical reasoning to complex mental health scenarios.
Strong analytical evaluation skills and experience developing psychiatric case studies or related educational or research materials.
Ability to collaborate effectively across disciplines, ideally in technology, research, or digital health environments.
Familiarity with both Western and Tagalog psychiatric frameworks and a commitment to professional integrity.
Work Terms Remote contractor engagement.
Work centers on contributing psychiatric subject matter expertise to an AI training project.
Project participation is subject to available project opportunities and applicable candidate terms.
Compensation Compensation ranges from $100 to $200 per hour.
