Job description
Edward Jones is seeking a Tailored Branch Support Specialist II to provide advanced operational and service support to financial advisors and branch teams. In this role, you will research and resolve complex account, trading, and service requests, ensure accuracy and compliance with industry regulations, and coordinate tailored solutions for high-priority client situations. You will collaborate closely with home office partners, use multiple financial systems, and document processes while contributing to continuous improvement, training, and a culture of integrity, inclusion, and client-first service.
