Job description
Join Menasha Corporation & Companies in Ohio (onsite) as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner . This role supports a smooth, positive candidate journey while partnering closely with HR and hiring managers in a manufacturing environment. You will help strengthen recruiting outcomes through process improvement, strong stakeholder relationships, and attention to legal compliance and documentation.
What you’ll do
Own the end-to-end recruitment cycle , from sourcing through offer acceptance.
Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job specifications, supporting meaningful job descriptions.
Guide and support hiring managers throughout the selection process .
Work with the HR team to continuously improve the recruitment process.
Maintain regular candidate communication by providing updates and feedback throughout the process.
Keep accurate, organized candidate records and supporting documentation.
Ensure recruiting activities align with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Source candidates in line with requisition goals and deliverables .
Promote diversity and inclusion throughout recruiting and ensure compliance with applicable employment laws.
Complete other duties as assigned .

Success includes partnering effectively with hiring managers to clarify requirements, supporting selection decisions, and keeping records current.
