If you like to make things happen and are passionate about what you do, you’re going to want to be here.Join us and become part of the power behind possible.**About The Opportunity**The Talent Acquisition Business Partner is responsible for the full recruitment cycle, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience in a manufacturing setting.* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to offer acceptance.* Foster strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and job specifications to ensure meaningful job descriptions.* Provide guidance and support to hiring managers during the selection process.* Collaborate with the HR team to continuously improve the recruitment process.* Maintain regular communication with candidates to provide updates and feedback.* Maintain accurate and organized candidate records and documentation.* Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.* Source candidates, consistent with requisition goals and deliverables.* Promote diversity and inclusion throughout the process and ensure compliance with applicable employment laws.* Other duties as assigned.
