Talent Acquisition RecruiterAt AtlantiCare Health System we believe Talent Acquisition plays a direct role in building healthier communities through the talent we acquire. We partner with clinical leaders to identify and hire the most intelligent, innovative, and creative minds to build and expand teams for the advancement of our community's needs.We are looking for a passionate and energetic talent hunter to support campus and program hiring for our programs at AtlantiCare Health System. The ideal candidate will be a highly collaborative, organized individual who is interested in making an impact in a dynamic, high growth organization. An integral member of the Talent Acquisition Team, the Recruiter will play a significant role in leading our growing campus recruiting efforts, internship program, and experienced early career hiring efforts. If you are interested in taking part in building diverse teams at the entry and reentry levels that will assist in leading the future of healthcare advancement this may be the role for you.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare or Business related field preferred3-5 years of recruitment experience required, preferably in campus recruiting at a professional services firm or health systemExperienced and passionate about creating and deploying strategies for various recruiting initiatives including but not limited to campus recruitment, diversity, veteran, reentry outreach and recruitment programsOutstanding written and verbal communicator; able to clearly and passionately articulate the AtlantiCare value proposition and listen exceptionally wellFlexible and a self-starter; able to manage multiple responsibilities and processes independently while remaining detail-orientedAbility to develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with colleagues at all levels throughout the organizationHigh level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook and applicant tracking systemsStrong organization and recruitment project execution experienceWillingness and ability to work nights, weekends and travel up to 50% as needed for eventsPerformance Expectations:Partner with AtlantiCare leaders to develop campus strategy; ensure branding and messaging across each recruiting channel is consistent with the AtlantiCare mission and value propositionPlan and execute a series of high-touch campus recruiting events and marketing efforts on-campus, at AtlantiCare offices, and virtuallyLeverage competitive intelligence and recruiting season results to identify areas for improvement and drive changes to our campus strategy each yearPartner with the Talent teams to lead the Summer Internship programPromotion and implementation of strategic initiatives; participates in the development and implementation of strategic recruitment initiativesEducates client on the recruiting process and the roles involved in the process as well as provide training and guidance on policies and proceduresCollaborate with stakeholders and execute on the strategy, development and execution of the campus and inclusion program across the CountryBuild, maintain and foster relationships with target inclusive organizations, universities, professors, administration, and student organizationsLiaison for international nurse recruitment to promote diverse nurse candidates who are interested in joiningServe as a consultant for the business to advise on their internship and program hiring needs and opportunitiesProject manage planning to build and strengthen AHS brand as employer of choice online and at eventsLeverage data status and trends to inform recruiting decisionsDrive employment and regulatory standards that apply to all recruitment activity and ensures compliance with all local, state, federal rules applicable laws, and Atlantic Health System practices, including OSHA, Joint Commission, and Magnet
