Reporting to the Director, Talent Acquisition, the Coordinator provides operational support across the full recruiting lifecycle — from sourcing and interview scheduling to applicant tracking system administration and candidate experience — in support of a high-volume recruiting function serving federal government clients.

The ideal candidate operates with a high degree of independence and sound judgment, thrives in a fast-moving environment, anticipates the needs of recruiters and hiring managers, and takes pride in flawless recruiting operations and a professional candidate experience.

This is a Hybrid position with a minimum of 3 days a week in the Tysons, VA office.

Maintain data integrity in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), including requisition posting assistance, candidate records, stage movement, and dispositioning.

Assist with metrics preparation for TA leadership.

Support process documentation and help onboard new users to the ATS.

Ensure compliance-related documentation (dispositions, notes, EEO data) is complete and audit-ready.

Interview Scheduling & Candidate Experience

Independently coordinate phone, video, and onsite interviews across candidates, Talent Acquisition Specialists, and hiring managers.

Send confirmations, calendar invitations, and interview preparation materials.

Serve as a point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, ensuring timely and professional communication.

Greet and escort onsite candidates as needed.
