Talent Acquisition & HR Coordinator – Kalos Residential (Louisville, CO)
We're a fast-growing multifamily owner-operator with 2,700 units across 7 states — and we need a recruiter who doesn't wait for applicants to come to them.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
Full-cycle recruiting across all site and corporate roles
Building live talent pipelines in every market — before seats open
Cold-source hunting: boards, associations, networks, and direct poaching
Travel up to 50% to build relationships where the talent actually is
Onboarding ownership and an HR metrics dashboard you present

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
$75K-$85K | Company-paid health/dental/vision | Unlimited PTO | 401(k) match | Mon-Thu in office, Fri WFH
