Job description
We're partnering with a fast-growing, venture-backed technology company that's entering a significant phase of growth and looking to appoint a Talent Acquisition Lead to help scale the organization through its next chapter.
As a senior individual contributor , you'll take ownership of hiring across Engineering, Product, GTM, and Operations while partnering directly with founders and senior leadership to build the processes, infrastructure, and talent strategy required to support a rapidly expanding business.
The successful candidate will be an exceptional hands-on recruiter who enjoys sourcing hard-to-find talent, influencing business leaders, and helping create a world-class hiring function from the ground up.

What We're Looking For
Full-cycle recruiting experience, including experience within high-growth, venture-backed startups
Proven success recruiting for both technical and business-focused functions
Strong experience hiring software engineers, product talent, and operational or commercial roles
Advanced sourcing capabilities and a track record of proactively identifying and engaging passive candidates
Experience leveraging ATS platforms, recruiting technology, and talent analytics
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and advise senior leaders
Comfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving environments where priorities can shift quickly
Data-driven approach combined with strong business and commercial acumen
