Job description
Fortuity, a Columbus-based contact center and BPO, seeks an HR Recruiting Manager to lead talent acquisition, build scalable processes, and partner with operations. You will manage the recruiting team, develop sourcing strategies, and drive high-volume hiring campaigns to support client launches.
The role measures success by quality hires, time-to-fill, and show rates, with a salary of $70,000–$86,000 annually plus a 10%–20% annual bonus. This is a full-time Columbus, Ohio position.
