Job description
The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey seeks a Talent Acquisition Operations Lead (Contract) to oversee day-to-day TA operations, administer recruiting systems, and produce actionable analytics. The role partners with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR to ensure high-quality hiring experiences.
This long-term contract offers remote work up to one day per week and requires a bachelor's degree and 5 years in TA operations. Experience with ATS/CRM tools and reporting is essential.
