Job description
Air Methods seeks a Talent Acquisition Operations Coordinator to support recruiting operations and onboarding logistics from offer through a new hire’s first day. You will collaborate with recruiters, the TA leadership team, hiring managers, and HR partners to coordinate interviews, track hiring activity, and manage onboarding logistics.
The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 1–3 years in Talent Acquisition or HR coordination, and familiarity with iCIMS or similar ATS.
