Job description
Snorkel AI is seeking a Head of Talent Acquisition Operations & Insights to design and lead scalable TA systems, processes, and metrics. You will own the recruiting tech stack, optimize workflows, and drive data-informed decisions across the recruiting function.
This role requires building TA operations in a hyper-growth technical startup, partnering with People Ops, Finance, Legal, IT, and business leaders to ensure scalable, compliant practices.
