What You'll Be Doing
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner, ideally with a background in startups. The Talent Acquisition Partner will manage the hiring process end-to-end, from sourcing candidates to running the interview process, with a strong focus on creating an exceptional candidate experience.
Manage the full recruitment life cycle, including planning and executing creative, targeted recruitment strategies
Source candidates through social media, job boards, and internal databases
Conduct interviews and manage the interview process from start to finish
Work closely with department heads to understand role requirements and support hiring decisions
Build relationships with candidates and maintain regular follow-up throughout the hiring process
Utilize and maintain up-to-date candidate data in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
What You'll Bring
Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a startup environment
Comfortable managing dynamic, high-volume hiring processes
Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a proactive, initiative-driven approach
(Nice to have) Experience hiring for GTM roles in the US
(Nice to have) Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
(Nice to have) Hebrew language skills
