Job description
The Indiana University Foundation is hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner for a hybrid role in Bloomington, Indiana with occasional travel to Indianapolis. This position supports a collaborative recruiting team within HR & Culture and focuses on delivering a high-quality candidate experience through 100% full-cycle recruiting for every search, from role opening through final offer.
Salary range is USD 60,000 to 65,000 per year . The team is looking for someone who brings a strong customer-service mindset, builds trusted relationships with hiring leaders and candidates, and partners closely to understand what each team needs.
Responsibilities
Own end-to-end recruiting for every search you run, from opening the role through the final offer.
Partner with hiring leaders by getting curious about the work and team needs, and translating those insights into an effective recruiting approach.
Build recruitment strategy tailored to each position.
Write job postings that attract qualified candidates.
Proactively source and engage candidates to build strong talent pipelines.
Guide candidates and hiring managers through the interview process.
Support offer close for strong hires.
Requirements
Knowledge of federal/state labor laws and sound hiring practices.
Demonstrated success cultivating, developing, and strengthening professional relationships , including candidate relationships.
Excellent written and oral communication skills .
Collaborative working style and ability to work with many stakeholders at varying levels.
Ability to appropriately articulate the mission and vision of Indiana University and the IU Foundation to attract potential candidates.
Ability to maintain confidentiality .
Ability to manage multiple projects and searches simultaneously .
Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field (required).
Two years of human resources experience , including experience in talent acquisition (required).
Experience executing a variety of sourcing techniques with strong relationship-building abilities (required).
Combinations of related education and experience will be considered.
