Job description
ReturnPro is seeking a hands-on, full-cycle Recruiting Lead to own staffing across the U.S. and Canada for facility roles, from Team Leads to General Managers. You’ll build sourcing strategies, manage pipelines, and partner with facility leadership to meet staffing goals.
This role requires relationship building, strong organizational skills, and the ability to travel to sites as needed. You’ll handle requisitions, scheduling, offers, and onboarding, while keeping candidates engaged throughout
