Watkins Wellness is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle recruiting for the Sauna360 brand, partnering with hiring leaders and delivering an engaging candidate experience. This role blends strategy with execution in a fast-growing wellness business.
You will build talent pipelines, guide hiring decisions, coordinate offers and onboarding, and continuously improve recruiting processes while upholding The Watkins Way of integrity, transparency, and service.
