Job description
Two Chairs is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to build high-performing, mission-aligned teams of licensed clinicians. You’ll own end-to-end recruiting, from sourcing to closing, partnering with clinical leadership to scale during a period of growth.
This is a full-time, temporary role with a planned end date of March 31. The role requires 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting, including at least 1 year recruiting for licensed therapists (LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, LPC, PhD, PsyD).
