Job description
Talent Acquisition Partner
Talento has partnered with a Global Financial institution looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to be responsible for sourcing, assessing, managing postings and approvals through their ATS and onboarding new hires.
Responsibilities:
Conducting intake meetings with hiring managers
Opening positions in our ATS
Sourcing candidates
Screening and interviewing applicants
Coordinating interview scheduling
Following up with hiring managers and candidates throughout the process
Running background checks
Managing recruitment activities from intake to offer stage
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in recruiting
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Financial services experience a plus
