RealREPP is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner in East Memphis to manage full-cycle recruitment for property-based roles. You will partner with hiring managers to forecast staffing needs, craft effective interview processes, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
The role supports employer branding and workforce planning in a dynamic multifamily portfolio. You will build talent pipelines, source top candidates, and guide hiring decisions leveraging Dayforce and other ATS tools.
