Treasure Island Resort & Casino seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruiting for hospitality, gaming, and support roles. In this fast-paced, guest-first environment, you will partner with hiring managers to define needs, create job postings, source and screen candidates, and coordinate interviews and offers. You will manage the applicant tracking system, support onboarding, and ensure a welcoming, inclusive candidate experience that reflects our tribal values and service culture.
