Run the entire recruitment journey, from crafting job postings to conducting interviews and assessments;
Build strategic partnerships with hiring managers to support international recruitment efforts;
Improve recruitment methods and processes to identify and attract suitable candidates;
Establish a robust talent pipeline for open and future positions;
Proactively seek and cultivate relationships with exceptional candidates;
Facilitate seamless job offer processes;
Deliver clear communication and guidance to candidates and hiring managers;
Champion Freenow’s brand identity throughout the recruitment process.
Требования:
Proven experience in full life-cycle recruiting, either in-house or in an agency;
Confidence in networking and building relationships with hiring managers, prospective candidates, cross-functional teams, and external organizations;
Expertise with different talent sourcing methods and tools;
Ability to take initiative and work independently in a fast-paced and challenging environment;
Strong prioritization and multitasking abilities;
Fluent English;
Nice to have: Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse), knowledge of another language.
