Requirements:
- Previous experience in recruiting or talent acquisition preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to source, screen, and interview candidates effectively
- Highly organized with excellent time-management skills

- Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with recruiting platforms, applicant tracking systems, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
