Job description
Delaware Valley Paving Inc. is seeking a Recruiting & Training Manager to lead full-cycle recruitment across all divisions, design onboarding and ongoing development programs, and align training with production schedules.
You will partner with executives, division managers, and field supervisors to forecast staffing needs, build internal pipelines, coordinate OSHA and safety training, and measure hiring, training, and retention metrics for sustained growth.
