Talent Billing AssociateWe have an excellent opportunity for someone to join our Broadcast team in the position of Talent Billing Associate. This individual supports the broadcast team by managing talent contracts, payments, and union compliance, while maintaining clear communication with agents and partners to ensure timely processing and alignment. This role also involves assisting with proofing and staying on top of deadlines and contract expirations.Responsibilities:Learn MRG Broadcast processesCan do attitudeLearn SAG/AFTRA Union requirementsGenerate talent contracts and correspond with talent agentsProcess talent payment residualsBe mindful of deadlines and contract expirationsResponsible with assisting in proofing Audio and Video adsRespond in a timely manner to emailsCommunicate with external partners regularly to ensure alignment with processes and paymentsCreate estimates if neededOccasionally renegotiate talent agreementsProcess talent invoicesQualifications:Education:4-year degree in related fieldExperience:Entry LevelIntermediate MS Office skills, specifically in Excel, Word, and SharePointNice to have but not necessary:SAG/AFTRA Union awarenessPrevious agency experienceRequired Skills:Organizational, adaptability, and time-management skillsStrong attention to detailTeam orientationAbility to deal with deadlines and changesWorking knowledge of Word and ExcelTo apply, please submit your resume and cover letter, with your salary requirements.Thank you for your interest in Martin Retail Group!Compensation Range: $39,710 - $49,595 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
