Job description
Shakopee Mdewakanton Sioux Community (SMSC) is seeking a Talent Management Specialist to support performance management, leadership course development, succession planning, early career programs, onboarding, and program administration across SMSC and its Tribal Operations entities.
You will deliver training, generate reports, maintain learning content, and drive continuous improvement in people processes with a focus on collaboration and timely delivery.
