Job description
Pilot Company in Knoxville, TN is seeking a Talent Management Intern to join our team for a summer 2027 program. You will help improve selection and assessment processes and gain hands-on experience in talent management.
As a graduate student in I-O Psychology, you will analyze data, build a skills framework, and collaborate across the team on projects related to performance and succession planning. This in-person internship runs June 7 – August 13, 2027.
