Talent Acquisition Partner
Location:
Dublin, OH (Hybrid)
Schedule:
Hybrid schedule with remote work available on Mondays and Fridays
Compensation:
$30-35/hr
Contract to Hire
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to manage full-cycle recruiting efforts across a variety of corporate, operational, project management, construction, and real estate-related positions. This individual will partner closely with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies, attract top talent, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake through offer acceptance.
Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, workforce planning initiatives, and hiring priorities.
Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify both active and passive candidates.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, networking, community partnerships, universities, and social media channels.
Conduct candidate screenings and interviews to evaluate qualifications and fit.
Coordinate interviews and maintain effective communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Prepare and extend offers while managing pre-employment activities.
Maintain a positive candidate experience through timely and professional communication.
Manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously while meeting hiring timelines.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
Experience recruiting professional-level talent across a variety of functions.
Strong sourcing skills, including passive candidate recruitment strategies.
Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
Experience building strong partnerships with hiring managers and business leaders.
Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
