Job description
Duet is seeking a Strategy & Operations Manager, Talent to build the hiring system that will scale a fast-growing healthcare startup. You’ll partner with senior leaders to define roles, create repeatable interview processes, and move fast from screen to offer.
Initially hands-on, you’ll source candidates, run screens, coordinate interviews, and codify standards. As we grow, you’ll design scalable processes that make hiring predictable and high-quality, with equity and bonus opportunities.
