Workspace Plus Inc. in De Pere, Wisconsin, is seeking a Full Time Talent Management HR Business Partner to lead enterprise talent processes and systems for the De Pere location.
The role drives recruiting, performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, position management, internal mobility, and promotion governance while serving as the primary HR Business Partner for De Pere. A Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and 5+ years of HR leadership experience are required.
