Job description
Grady Health System seeks a Clinical Implementation Specialist for Talk With Me Baby to lead implementation across Women's, Infant, and Pediatric Health Services. You will coordinate staff training, monitor progress, and ensure parent coaching is integrated into daily clinical care.
Successful candidates will drive workflow improvements, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and use data to guide decisions while maintaining independence post-orientation.
