Location: City Of Industry, CA

Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour

Schedule: 8 AM - 5 PM | Monday - Friday with OT

Education Requirements

High School Diploma or GED preferred

Ability to read, understand, and follow written procedures and work instructions

Basic computer literacy required

Experience Requirements

Previous experience using computers in a work, school, or volunteer setting

Experience in data entry, administrative support, document processing, warehouse, production, or clerical roles is a plus

Ability to maintain accuracy while working under deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to follow detailed procedures while maintaining confidentiality

Dependable attendance and punctuality

Comfortable working in a team-oriented, deadline-driven environment

Willingness to work overtime, extended shifts, and weekends as needed

Experience with scanning equipment or document processing is helpful but not required

Physical Capabilities

Ability to lift and move 10+ pounds

Ability to stand for extended periods

Frequent bending, squatting, twisting, and reaching

Ability to perform repetitive tasks throughout the workday

Job Duties

Receive, inspect, sort, and process Vote-by-Mail and Election Day ballots

Operate computers, ballot scanning equipment, and specialized election-processing systems

Review documents for accuracy and completeness

Follow established procedures to ensure secure and accurate ballot processing

Maintain confidentiality and compliance with election guidelines

Support high-volume election operations while meeting productivity and quality standards

Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of ballot processing activities
