nBayCare HomeCare is currently in search of our newest Home Health, RN who is passionate about providing outstanding customer service to our community. We are looking for an individual seeking a career opportunity with one of the largest employers within the Tampa Bay area.

nnStatus: Full Time
n
nnShift Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM / Monday - Fridays
n
nnWeekend Work: 1 Weekend Rotation a month
n
nnOn Call: Yes
n
n nThe Home Health RN provides hands-on care in the home for a group of patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards and protocols. Responsibilities include:
nnnOversee the activities of the multi-disciplinary team that provides care to the patient
n
nnMonitor the provision of therapeutic services through written and verbal communication with all disciplines
n
nnEnsure that all visits scheduled and provided are authorized and covered by physician orders
n
nnReview of patient visits weekly and providing plan to Patient Care Supervisor and team assistant, including anticipated weekend visits
n
nnInform the scheduler of any schedule changes and communicates caseload and patient care issues to Home Care Supervisor
n
n nRequired Certifications and Licensures:
nnnBLS (Basic Life Support)
n
nnRN (Registered Nurse) License
n
nnDriver's License State of Florida (Florida driver's license is required within 30 days of hire)
n
n nEducation:
nnnRequired Associate's or Diploma Nursing
n
nnPreferred Bachelor's Nursing
n
n nExperience:
nnnRequired 1 year Registered Nurse
n
nnPreferred 1 year Home Care
n
