Resurgence Brewing Co. is seeking a General Manager for its Ft Myers site to oversee taproom operations and lead a high-volume, hospitality-focused team.
You will drive profitability, manage staff, schedules, quality, and safety while implementing business strategies that reflect the RBC culture. Strong leadership, operational expertise, and a passion for craft beverages and guest experiences are essential; weekend/evening availability is required.
