Job description
HEI Hotels and Resorts seeks a Task Force Director of Human Resources to direct and ensure efficient HR management across assigned hotels within and transitioning into HEI. Travel is expected 100% of the time, including onboarding new HR professionals and supporting transitions.
The role covers recruitment, training, payroll (where applicable), associate relations, and ensuring compliance with laws and company policies while guiding managers and staff to achieve business objectives.
