Job description
Waterton Residential IL in Chicago is seeking a Task Force Manager to oversee communities lacking a permanent Community Manager. The role focuses on occupancy, income goals, and adherence to policy, laws, including Fair Housing. Travel up to 100% is required.
You will lead the on-site team, manage budgets, supervise recruitment, drive leasing activity, and coordinate capital projects with our Capital Projects team to maintain high standards.
