We are seeking a warm, charismatic, hospitality-driven Tasting Room Manager who loves people, notices details, remembers guests, and creates an atmosphere guests never want to leave. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on connection, team leadership, elevated guest experiences, and the energy of a destination winery overlooking the lake.

This is not a corporate hospitality job. It’s an opportunity to build community, shape experiences, lead creatively, and enjoy an exceptional quality of life in Washington wine country.

If you love hospitality, wine culture, culinary experiences, and the lifestyle of a resort destination, we’d love to meet you.

Help grow wine club memberships and repeat visitation

Support merchandising and promotional initiatives

Oversee Daily Operations

Ensure service standards, cleanliness, and presentation excellence

Utilize POS systems, reservation systems, and wine club software

Maintain smooth guest flow and efficient service pacing
