Overview
Proexec Consulting Inc. is hiring a Tax Accountant to support corporate and plant-level tax compliance and reporting for a confidential, global manufacturing organization. The role focuses on income tax provisions, transfer pricing compliance, and audit support across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities
Preparing and reviewing corporate, state, and local tax returns
Supporting monthly and annual tax provisions (ASC 740)
Managing transfer pricing documentation and analysis for cross-border transactions
Supporting audits, tax risk assessments (FIN 48), and reconciliations
Monitoring tax law changes and advising on business impact
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
3+ years of corporate tax experience
Transfer pricing experience required
CPA or CMA preferred
Manufacturing and international tax experience a plus
