Job description
Corporate Tax Accountant
Our client is a manufacturing company in Bergen County looking for a corporate tax accountant. Responsible for the company's tax compliance in accordance with federal and state laws. Responsibilities:
Experience preparing corporate tax returns
A firm understanding of section 382 and Net Operating Loss carryforward
Experience Sales & Use tax and property tax filings
Federal and State tax return filing and tax provision analysis
Experience with SAP software and SOVOS
Highly organized, self-driven, strong attention to detail, proven problem solving skills
Requirements:
B.S in accounting/finance
5+ years experience in corporate tax
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work on-site everyday
