As our firm grows, we’re looking for a friendly, detail-driven Tax Administrator to be the first point of contact for our clients and the organizational backbone of our office.
Position Overview
You’ll play a key role in keeping our office running smoothly and our team on track:
Front Desk Management – Welcome clients, answer calls/emails, and maintain a professional and inviting environment.
Scheduling & Calendar Coordination – Keep our tax professionals organized by managing client appointments and internal schedules.
Document Handling – Collect and organize tax documents, ensure paperwork is complete, and support timely submissions.
Tax Return Processing Support – Review submissions, flag missing information, and assist with client follow-up.
Administrative Support – Handle billing and data entry, maintain accurate client records, and provide day-to‑day support to the tax team.
Office Coordination – Manage supplies, process mail, and ensure seamless office operations.
Qualifications
2+ years of administrative or receptionist experience (bonus if it’s in a tax/accounting or legal firm)
Organized, detail-oriented, and confident juggling multiple tasks
Clear and professional communication, both written and verbal
Comfortable with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and open to learning new tools
Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
