Job description
Drummond Woodsum, located in Portland, Maine, seeks a Tax Attorney to join its tax practice full-time. The ideal candidate has experience across mergers, acquisitions, financing, investments, and partnership and corporate taxation.
Candidates should have strong research and writing skills, outstanding academics, and the ability to work well on a team. Maine bar admission is strongly preferred; 4–5 years experience preferred, but exceptional candidates may be considered.
