Duties
Provide legal advice on corporate and transactional tax matters.
Draft and review tax-related documents and agreements.
Collaborate with clients to develop tax strategies.
Conduct legal research and analysis on tax issues.
Requirements
Bar admission in one or more states where the firm has an office and where the candidate desires to reside.
Over four years of experience in corporate and transactional tax law.
Strong academic credentials.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications
Bar admission in relevant state(s).
Skills
Proficiency in legal research and analysis.
Strong negotiation and drafting skills.
Ability to develop and implement tax strategies.
