Job description
NextEra Energy, headquartered in Florida, seeks a Tax Attorney to provide critical tax advice for its renewable energy businesses. The role focuses on partnership and M&A transactions and modeling cash and US GAAP tax treatment of deals.
A JD and bar membership are required, with 1+ year experience in tax, and LLM preferred. The position reports to the legal/regulatory external affairs group with relocation assistance available.
