Job description
Floor & Decor is seeking a Director of Income Tax to lead U.S. federal and state tax provision, planning, and reporting under ASC 740. You will supervise tax accounting, ensure compliance across jurisdictions, and provide strategic tax guidance while minimizing risk.
This leadership role requires CPA, 8–10 years of senior tax experience, and strong collaboration with finance, legal, and external advisors in a retail environment. On-site role based in Atlanta, GA.
